BOOSTER EYE EXERCISE #6: FUSION FLEXING

When you’ve mastered the Fusion Charts and can easily get a fused image on the top row, use the fused image as the near object for Flexing. This is a powerful new eye exercise that can naturally and give really rapid results, so don’t skip it.

Breathe slowly and deeply. As you inhale, fuse the top row. Then exhale and look at the smallest detail you can see on a distant object. Continue to change focus in time to your breathing, between the fused image and the distant object. When you can do this easily, use the other rows.

BOOSTER EYE EXERCISE #7: THUMB FUSION

This is a nifty little exercise that you can show your friends. Make two fists with thumbs up. Then hold them together at a comfortable distance with the thumbs touching each other. Now fuse the thumbs. You will see a central fused thumb with a phantom thumb on either side of it. Slowly move your fists apart. Keep the central thumb fused at all times. See how far you can go. Use a blank wall to avoid getting double images of objects in the background.
